  1. I want to make an order. How I do I make an order?
    Please use our online shop system for placing orders. Anyone can register with NatashaMall.com and start ordering right away. **Please don't attempt to place orders by email unless we have already discussed this with you.** If you are interested in old product models shown in previous catalogs, just email us to inquire about stock availability. We don't normally display online old models not shown in the current catalog. But sometimes we have stocks on hand of old models. So, if they are really your favorites, it's best that you inquire with us for availability of stocks. Please read our section on "How To Order" for details of our order process. If you log out or exit your browser, the contents of your cart will be saved for next time you log in. If you want to save the contents of a cart permanently, but not pay right away, simply follow the checkout process all the way through, but don't send money! The orders are saved in "My Account" for you to view later and there is no need to ask us to cancel / close them. If we don't receive payment we don't process orders.

  2. How can I view prices on your website in different currencies?
    You can choose to view prices on our online shop in two different currencies using the drop-down Currencies menu in the right hand corner of every page. You can view prices on our website in any of the following currencies: - US Dollar (US$) - Philippine peso (Php) Please note that our default currency is US$. Most of our customers are located abroad and US$, being the international standard of exchange, is best currency to use for customers to appreciate our prices. However, if you want to view the currency in Philippine peso, you can switch to another currency anytime.

  3. Is there a minimum order that I can buy?
    There is no minimum order amount that you are required to buy. You can order any quantity and any amount. We will ship your order regardless of size or amount provided you pay the corresponding shipping cost. However, we recommend that you order by the kilo since the shipping rate of Philpost International Air Parcel is by the kilo. Just provide for 300-500 grams for the packaging. Please note that the weights in our product listing are in GRAMS. If you have difficulty estimating your shipping cost, just make an order, then we will email you back your estimated shipping cost.

  4. I don't have a Paypal Account, how can I open a Paypal account?
    If you have a credit card, you can use Paypal to send payment to us. Paypal is the most widely used payment method in the Internet. It is safe, secure, fast and convenient. Just visit their website www.paypal.com to sign up for a new account. If you sign up for a Personal Account, please note that unverified Personal accounts have a sending limit of $100. It means you can pay for your online orders using your Paypal account up to $100 only. To be able to send without limit, the account must be verified and enrolled in the Expanded Use Program. So, if your online order is bigger than $100.00, it is better that you confirm first your credit card. To confirm your credit card, you have to click the "Link and Confirm Credit Card" option in your Paypal account. Payment thru Paypal is quite fast. We can confirm your payment immediately. So, we can process your order also immediately.

  5. I don't have a credit card. How can I pay you?
    You can pay us via Western Union or Direct Bank Deposit. Just make an order, choose the Payment method for "Direct Bank Deposit/Xoom/Philsend/Forexworld/Western Union" and our system will automatically email you our bank details. Please email us immediately your payment details after you have completed your fund transfer.

  6. I want to pay my order now but Paypal takes a long time to confirm my account. I still have to wait for my credit card statement for me to confirm it. Is there any other way to pay my order? What should I do?
    If your order is only less than $100.00, then you can use Paypal to pay us even though your account is not verified yet. However, if your order is above $100.00, then you can use Xoom.com or Western Union to pay us. For Xoom.com, jJust visit their website www.xoom.com to open an account with them. You will be charged by Xoom a minimal fee for the transfer. For Western Union, you can visit any Western Union agent nearest you. In the beginning, your order will be a little costly because of the Xoom fees or Western Union fees, but after you have confirmed your Paypal account, then your next order with us will be cheaper. Paypal don't charge you anything for sending payment to us.

  7. I have a family in the Philippines that I want to send gifts instead of sending balikbayan box which takes a long time to arrive. Do you deliver to a Philippine address?
    Yes, we deliver to any Philippine address via LBC or Air21 door-to-door. Delivery period for LBC/Air21 is within 24-48 hours from date of shipment. LBC, our preferred local courier, has the widest delivery areas in the country. However, if your family is located in a very remote area, they can pick up their package at the nearest LBC office in their area. Just give them your tracking number so they can pick up the package. During checkout process, under the "Shipping Address" section, click "Modify Shipping Address" and then indicate the complete Philippine address of your family. To ensure that your package will be received by your family, pls. indicate in your order in "Add Comments to Order" the cellphone address of your family so we can also coordinate with them in case there are problems in the delivery.
